ICRS classes are open to graduate students (preference will be given to doctoral students) from outside ICRS.
a. Students are admitted considering the class capacity (maximum of 15 students per class)
b. Students may take a class for credits or audit/sit-in. Students taking the class for credit will receive a transcript upon completion of all class requirements. Students who audit/sit-in a class will receive an acknowledgment letter. The requirement of attendance and weekly assignments apply to auditing students.
c. Fee:
1. There is no fee for taking the classes for graduate students from members of ICRS (UIN Sunan Kalijaga and Faculty of Theology of UKDW) and other programs at the Graduate School (Sekolah Pascasarjana) UGM.
2. For students from other programs/universities, there is a fee of Rp. 2.000.000 (for domestic students) and Rp. 3.000.000 (for international students) to take a class for credit; and Rp. 1.000.000 (for domestic students) and Rp. 1.500.000 (for international students) for auditing.
